How to use the NATA District Two Facebook Group
To be a member of this group, you must be approved by the site administrator.

Once approved, you may use all the facilities of the page:
1. Posting on the group “wall.” At the top of the page is a box that says “Write something.” You may type a message in that box and once submitted, everyone in the group will be able to see that post on the page. Please keep in mind that all posts need to be appropriate. In addition to posting text, you can also post video, photos, links, or a question.

2. Commenting. You may comment on other group member’s videos, wall posts, links, etc. This is the best way to communicate back and forth on a post--as each member is notified when another member posts on a certain comment. You can also just “like” a comment if you don’t want to say anything specific but you agree or support a post/video/link, etc.

3. Create an event. Have an event that you’d like the group to know about? You can create an event by clicking on the “Create an event” button on the right hand side of the group.

4. Chat. Chatting is a good way to communicate instantly without delay (like texting or AIMing). Simply click on the “Go online to chat” button (if you’re not signed in) or click “Chat with group” on the right hand side of the page. Other group member(s) must be online to chat for chatting to occur.

**Keep posts appropriate!!! Please no job posts and remember to keep all material athletic training in nature.

Can I join the group without being a member of Facebook?
No. To sign up for an account go to the following link:http://www.facebook.com/ and go to the “Sign Up” area on the right side of the page.

How do I join the group?
Go to the group page and click the “Ask to Join Group” button on the upper right side of the page. You will have to wait for the administrator to confirm your request. Only current members of NATA District 2 will be allowed to join.

Can I leave the group once I join?
Yes. Go to the group and click the “Leave Group” button on the right side of the page.

Once I join, where will the group be located on my Facebook page?
Your groups are listed on the left side of your “Home” page. If you belong to many groups, click the “More” button to expand the list.

How do I contact the D2 Facebook Administrator for more help?
